well the drive back was just as long as the one up. but we made it back in one piece. i settled in for a nices rest, but i must have upset some one as i got called out in the middle of the night to some pound. it seems Poledra Stalks the skies managed to get inpounded. it did not last long though and as it turns out it was a front for some vampire collecting dogs for some reason. i passed the info onto whispers with systems, it the sort of thing her pack enjoys. before following the trail of the kin folk to a creepy old curcus. if i did not know any better i would wonder if Giaia had a hand in this as this was the same place the clown from kins came from. it was clear immediatly that this was no ordinary circus, in the umbra its a battle field between wyrm and wyld spirits. we need to be careful here.
Well, we managed to get back after the long van journey, but all went well. Decided to go off and snooze in with my kinfolk family, but was woken up by a dream I had of Pole, being attacked and captured by a member of that most neferious, evil organisations: The Pound! Obviously, I would need help to get her out of their fortress of evil! Upon reaching Rena’s apartment, I managed to convince the doorman to let me access the buttons and found Grey Paw answering! Sadly, Grey Paw is a little slow with technology, so it took a little convincing to get up to Rena’s apartment. Long story short, I explained the situation to Rena and Greypaw and we had to discuss what we were going to do. We called Martin to find out which Pound it might be, the city has more than one…incidious!
I got another dream (Vision? not sure what the proper term is, but it sounds right), while we were travelling by taxi (Greypaw seems rather tense whilst in the car. He was like that in the train too…hmmm…). Pole told us that there was a strange man at the Pound, who smelt funny and was talking in Wolf.
After some arguing over how to get there, we arrived outside the Pound. I had my rite of the Questing Stone ready when Pole came out from round the corner, claiming that a vampire had just tried to force her into a van parked round the corner. I tried to convince the others that this must be proof that the Pounds were linked with the stinking Blood suckers, but they didnt believe me. Before I could make a good case, Grey Paw pointed out that Pole had in fact discovered a trail we could follow of the newly-weds we were searching for.
We followed the trail through the underground, which was again an intereting experience. still, it should be a fun time when we are done. The Trail ended infront of The Midnight Circus…
